PBDBs (pop bumper driver board) need a modification, parts have arrived, need to schedule time with Chris E to work on this to prevent further fuses from blowing

Boards modified and replaced, bottom two pop bumper fuses replaced. All 4 pop bumpers are working again. Will wait for at least a week to see if they stay steady.

Pop bumper driver boards had never been updated per a Gottlieb service bulletin. Chris W ordered parts, I updated the 4 boards and Chris W reinstalled. No issues reported since.
