A reel is stuck

In two consecutive games, the machine turned itself off. Touching the power switch was enough to turn it back on, but it seems very touchy. On the second game, I got triple 777s on the reel and the knocker firing was enough to interrupt the power.

A score reel seems to be slipping, and the machine just makes a repeated clicking sound.
