I fixed this again last night. I know how to fix it, but the issue keeps recurring. I've asked Ted for help in solving the longer term issue, but it works again for now.

I check the settings, and the mech is not disabled.

I stripped down the mirror mechanism and checked everything. I checked all the diodes. I reflowed all the solder.
The problem is that the motor gear housing is worn and not reliable. Depending on how the shaft is sitting, the internal gears are either hitting or missing because of wear or broken teeth. It needs a new mechanism. I have sent the necessary information to Chip on where to buy it.
I’m leaving the machine out of order and the mech is left the only in the bottom of the cabinet.

Put in new motor. New crank. Added bearings to crank. Tests good
