ball stuck, fix rubbers?

a couple days ago, a ball was found stuck in the upper section, "around or behind the rubber near the upper flipper". I'm reporting this second hand. The ball was found and removed by another. I think it still needs some new rubbers on a number of areas. (reporting this based on prior knowledge.) creating issue mainly for the rubbers.

I Replaced upper flipper rubbers. Replaced rubber behind drops where ball was getting caught. Needs new upper right flipper housing. Needs some post rubbers in various areas. (Some are flat or shedding slightly)
