Won't start a game

They tried to play the game during tonight's Belles & Chimes tournament, but it wouldn't start a game. There were lights on the playfield and blinking behind Mata Hari on the backbox, but the score displays were off, and it didn't respond to the start button. It didn't seem like a credits issue.
