Not locking orbit shots -- again :(

During 2nd Sat, even when we were power-cycling before each match, the game would stop raising the orbit up-post to lock balls when the orbits were green-lit for locks.

I haven't been able to replicate this myself. I played around a dozen games and everything worked right. I wonder if there's some specific combination of events that is causing this, but not sure what to try.
