What each role can do in PinPoint. Permissions are checked on every action — the tables below reflect the current system rules.
Role Tiers
Not Logged In
Anonymous visitors who haven't signed in
Guest
Users who created an account (default role for new signups)
Member
Trusted contributors (default role for invited users)
Technician
Machine maintenance and full issue management
Admin
Full system access including user management
